Here are the tools I use.

DIY: It's tough (and/or expensive) finding all the tools you need, but so easy to make them yourself!

"Pennec"'s style scale.	Sanding table.

Tool to Crimp the Bearings.
Boring.	Positioning the brearing.	Tightening the bearing.	Die in place.
A hammer blow and the bearing is crimped.

Machining: 

Lathe.	Miller Machine.
